Service area for caterer to enter. Caterer will park outside this side door and will set up catfish/chicken fryer outside that door so that food is fresh. This is located next to the kitchen and contiguous with the main reception room.

Poster-size prints are still being prepared (should be ready in about a week). Black display easels already purchased, but still need to be assembled.

Flowers ordered. Dendrobium orchids, freesia, tulips, and other Dutch flowers (all in white), along with golden Kangaroo's paw and other unusual golden accents for a dramatic TALL centerpiece on main serving table (white circle on diagram). Four additional smaller arrangements to be placed on guest book table, piano, side drink table, and by toasting goblets. Cake topper will also be decorated with flowers to match, mom will have a corsage and dad will have a bouttinierre (sp?!).

Cake ordered and paid in full. Silver cake stand already taken to baker in Covington. Cake should be delivered and set up by 3 pm. Three-tier cake with the following flavors: bottom layer is pineapple almond (dad's favorite), middle layer is white chocolate with strawberries, and top layer is hazelnut frangelica with chocolate granache drizzle. White dendrobium sugar orchids with sugar ribbon will decorate the sides and mom and dad's original dove topper will be used, redressed with fresh flowers.

Chocolate fountain will be to the left of the front entrance (diagram to follow once I create it) with the following dippings: fresh strawberries, bananas, pineapple, pretzels, marshmellows, and butter cookies, with milk chocolate. Chocolate fountain to have separate server at all times. Paid in full.

Caterer paid in full for 100 guests. Menu and layout shown above. Additional cost of $24/person if more than 100 attend. Please let me know a confirmed reservation number about a week out.
